Updated Atom Feed For Facebook

A new Atom feed should make Facebook happy.

Facebook has the option of importing 'notes' - which is basically a mini-agregator for syndication feeds. Previously Erin and I were using our normal atom feeds (see menu at left) which contain the five most recent public entries. Facebook checks the feed though every few hours or something and imports ALL entries from the XML file, regardless of whether or not there are duplicates. I've fixed this by creating a unique atom feed just for Facebook. It only contains the most recent entry that was posted. If anyone is interested it is located at: http://www.themolotov.net/facebookatom.xml and on Erin's site the file path is the same with regard to her domain: http://www.mindboggles.net/facebookatom.xml

I'm still not convinced that this will work; I think it might still be importing just that most recent entry multiple times.

I'll check tomorrow
